Each jar is individually crafted to order, using the finest botanical ingredients sourced from around the world. Products are produced in small, controlled batches to ensure superior quality and effectiveness, and each order is carefully prepared and shipped the same day it’s created to preserve its potency.
Due to this made-to-order process and the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not permitted. Every jar is created exclusively for the customer who orders it, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of formula craftsmanship. Additionally, we develop strong, long-term relationships with our customers, taking the time to understand individual hair care needs. This personalized approach results in an exceptionally low return rate, as customers experience consistent, reliable results and if any issues do arise we find a solution to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items? We'll Make It Right.
To ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition, Dense NYC uses secure, cushioned, and impact-resistant packaging to protect the product during transit.
However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, action will be taken to resolve the issue.
What to Do:
- Contact support@densenyc.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Include clear photos or video showcasing the condition of the item and packaging.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be promptly sent at no additional cost.
Exchanges – Not Available
Because each product is custom-crafted for individual customers, Dense NYC does not offer exchanges. If there are concerns about an order, contact support@densenyc.com for assistance.
Fraud, Chargebacks — Zero Tolerance Policy
Dense New York maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity, including:
- False claims of non-delivery.
- Fraudulent chargebacks.
- Misrepresentation of product issues.
Fraudulent actions are taken very seriously. Customers found attempting to manipulate the system will be permanently banned, and any addresses linked to the offending individual will be flagged and banned through the high-tech third-party database we employ.
Chargebacks Will Not Be Tolerated.
Attempted chargebacks will not only result in a permanent ban but also in the matter being reported to relevant authorities and payment processors. We invests significant resources into maintaining the highest standards and protecting its loyal customers, and fraudulent actions will not be overlooked.
